As part of our LIVING CURRICULUM SERIES, we launch an interview with GLOBAL PIONEER addressing TRUE HEALING AS A TRANSFORMATION OF WORLDVIEW, FATHER DR. ANSELM ADODO.

Father Dr. Anselm Adodo is a pioneer in alternative medicine, based in Ewu-Esan, Edo State, Nigeria. He is the founder of alternative medicine enterprise Pax Herbals, Nigeria’s largest manufacturer of medicinal products based on traditional African herbal Medicine.

As a Benedictine monk, Adodo lives in the Ewu Monastery, where the first seeds of Pax Herbals were planted. He is also a professor at the Institute of African Studies at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and the author to various books.

In this interview, Father Anselm Adodo takes us through the multiple dimensions of inner and outer “healing” which for him begins with being authentically grounded in nature and one’s culture. Adodo also shares how his work and enterprise is embedded in and serving a large local and national community – thereby contributing to healing the relational fabric of community. For him, the key to build the future lies in a new form of education.
