Juan Carlos is a Social alchemist with a specialty in conscious evolution, global collective intelligence, social synergy and organizational transformation. He is founder of the School of Social Alchemy and “The Planetary Alignment Initiative”, offering systemic action frameworks to contribute to the development of conscious people, organizations and communities with a Bioregional perspective.

Social Alchemy, a fusion of Collective Intelligence and Spiritual Science along with a Framework to increase the levels of Cohesion and Coherence at a Bioregional Scale. This Community Intelligence process takes life as Dashboard and Synergy Engine that foster greater levels of participation towards a Critical Mass of taking collective actions everybody all at once.
Impact-to-Date
We are prototyping our Evolutionary Frameworks in Hawaii, Mexico and Colombia, aiming to work in 12 Bioregions with 12 communities each, synergizing 144 coherent communities across the world.
