Multicultural Interactive PERFORMANCES and Creative Dialogue Circles,

bringing to life “Our One Home Journey 2024-2030”

by Dr. Rama Mani and Professor Alexander Schieffer, Co-Founders of Home for Humanity

“Everywhere they go, the couple transform these encounters into live performances that blend poetry, theatre, music, and testimony. These performances celebrate humanity’s creativity and cultural richness.

In each one, the wounds of the world are turned into sources of healing.”   - UN Today, 1 December 2025

En camino a un mundo reimaginado

Por Muriel Scibilia

As transformative educators-artists and bridgebuilders, Alexander and Rama bring to life the unfolding story

of humanity’s journey of homecoming – to the inner home of our humanity, to the local home

of our communities, and to the Earth, our One Home to which we all belong.

Alexander and Rama embark participants on ‘Our One Home Journey’ to the 24+ countries

they have already covered since 2024 across all continents, through a vivifying mosaic of poetry, theatre, film,

and music from around the Earth.
Together, we enter the homes, organisations, communities, and cultures, and the diverse lives
they have borne witness to,

lived with, learned from, honoured, supported, and connected.

They tell stories of people like us, of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures, who are shaping the real breakthroughs - from division

and despair to inclusion and care.

They share stories of places of belonging that are true ‘homes for humanity‘,

living in unity with and service to all life.

They evoke our innate capacity as humanity, enriched by the wisdom of our diverse cultures,

to co-create and cultivate a living culture of care for all life on Earth.

Dialogue Circle:

The performance

is followed by a creative dialogue inviting everyone present to share their experience

of homecoming,

and to co-author their page in this unfolding story of humanity’s journey home.

Finally, we plant seeds

of our visions

and commitments

for our shared future,

in a circle that represents Our One Home Earth, and the family of life.

Garden:

Ideally 2 hours.

The timing is adjusted

to the available

time constraints.

Short Keynote performances of 15-20 minutes are specially designed for summits

and conferences.

Timing:

Co-Authorship

and Co-Creation:

The performance-dialogue

is not a ‘one-off event’,

but a space of engagement

and relationship building.

It is a transformative experience, engaging us to weave

our unique strand into the tapestry of our shared humanity.

Tailored Performances:

The Performance is not a set piece repeated in each venue. It is a living fabric, woven afresh and told anew,

drawing on the wisdom of our diverse cultures and the ever-expanding experiences of people

and Homes for Humanity encountered by Alexander and Rama on Our One Home Journey, country after country

and home by home. It is always adapted to the local context, culture and audience.
